For the Love of Dinner
The power of Thermomix® TM6™ to facilitate meaningful dining
Sophisticated, delicious meals made accessible
Things to Love About Thermomix®.
(And its Impact on Meal Time)
A few of my favorite...
Sophisticated and Delicious. Recipes that are Completely Prompted.
Too tired to think? You won't have to. Just follow the directions and the outcome will be delicious
Cookidoo®
(Pronounced like what folk use to say in a wedding). Your Thermomix® screen connects you to an online international recipe platform giving you immediate access to over 50,000 worldwide recipes. The recipes prompt you effortlessly. You can't get lost. There are a wide variety of search criteria (ingredients, language, nation, diet restrictions) allowing you to successfully explore recipes. Bookmark, create and organize your own collections. Plan meals for the week. Sync across devices. Make shopping lists. Send your shopping list to someone in the vicinity of a store. Easily have what you need and voila!
Easy Clean Up
Exactly - you have time to clean up while your Thermomix® does the complicated work. This is why people so often say it is like having a second pair of hands. It wasn't until I sautéed mushrooms (which were delicious) that this truly hit me. While the mushrooms sautéed perfectly, I loaded the dishwasher and cleaned up. That combination of actions could not have happened without the Thermomix®. Also, because you weigh your ingredients directly into the bowl, there is a whole lot less of a mess. You cannot help but notice things are cleaner.
A Bit More About Sauces, Kneading and Seriously Fancy Cooking
Make Caramel. Make Custard. Make Complicated Foods Fuss-Free. I am not kidding. That alone should make you dance.
Get Your Kids in the Kitchen
Some say 'ignorance is bliss" but not when it comes to dinner and the art of cooking.
Thermomix® delivers on process. Children successfully read and follow the prompts. (Good practice). And the outcome will be reliably delightful, regardless of any skill set.
Romance
I will leave this section to your imagination. But I do want to say, no longer beaten up by the forgotten and burnt, frustrating dissonance between expectation and outcome, and piles of dirty dishes; leaves a good quantity of peace and love to be found.
